Throughout her career, Amy has held nearly every position within a veterinary hospital, giving her a deep understanding of both clinical and operational aspects of practice management. Her background includes experience in emergency medicine, large animal care, exotics, and companion animals, allowing her to support both patients and team members with a well-rounded, compassionate approach.
As a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional, Amy is especially passionate about supporting the wellbeing of veterinary teams and fostering a positive, sustainable workplace culture.
Outside of the hospital, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, four cats, and two dogs. She also travels internationally to volunteer her time and expertise, participating in large-scale spay and neuter campaigns to support animal welfare efforts around the world.
